Fig Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fig Preserves [2]
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoonÃs SteenÃs 100% Pure Cane Syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until coarsely pureed.
