Fig Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fig Preserves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoonís Steenís 100% Pure Cane Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until coarsely pureed.
