The Avalanche
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/3 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
- 1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liquor
- 1/4 cup Irish cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate liquor
- 1/4 cup brandy
Directions
Pour all of the ingredients in the bowl of a blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour the cocktail into a shallow baking dish and freeze for at least 1 hour and up to overnight. Stir briskly before serving in a frozen glass.
