Sambal Mayo
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Sambal
- 1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon finely grated ginger
Directions
In a medium-size mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. The mayonnaise will last for about 1 week in the refrigerator.
