Scorpion Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 pineapple wedges
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 4 ounces light rum
- 2 ounces brandy
- 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 6 ounces fresh orange juice
- 1.5 ounces orgeat syrup
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Top with 151 or some other overproof rum
Directions
- Place all ingredients except the 151 in a blender and mix well. Pour the drink into a scorpion bowl, and add the 151 to the raised bowl in the middle. Flame the 151 and serve immediately.
