Mango Lassi

This cool, refreshing yogurt drink comes to us by way of India and is a nutritious way to begin the day.

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks (21/2 to 3 cups cubed mango))
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons rose water
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process on high speed until very smooth and frothy, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

  • Yiend: about 5 cups
