Mango Lassi
This cool, refreshing yogurt drink comes to us by way of India and is a nutritious way to begin the day.
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks (21/2 to 3 cups cubed mango))
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/4 teaspoons rose water
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
Directions
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process on high speed until very smooth and frothy, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
Yiend: about 5 cups
