Spicy Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard, or other hot, whole grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon hot red pepper sauce
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well. Adjust the seasoning, to taste, and serve with the Pork Boulettes.
