Ingredients
- 1 quart Veal Stock
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Bring the stock seasoned with the salt to a boil in a medium-size saucepan over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until it reduces by three-fourths, about 1 hour.
