  • Yield: About 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes (such as Italian plum)
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely-diced jalapenos
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and white pepper

Directions

  • In a bowl combine all ingredients until well-mixed; season to taste with salt and pepper. Let sit 30 minutes, for flavors to blend, before serving.
