Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced tomatoes (such as Italian plum)
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons finely-diced jalapenos
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and white pepper
Directions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients until well-mixed; season to taste with salt and pepper. Let sit 30 minutes, for flavors to blend, before serving.
