Ingredients
- 12 large strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 3/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1 bottle French dry rose
- Splash of sprite or your favorite sparkling lemon soda
- Orange slices, for garnishing
Directions
Combine the strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries in a large bowl and add the triple sec, simple syrup, and enough of the rosé to just cover the fruit. Stir gently and set aside to macerate at least 1 and up to 3 hours.(Refrigerate if macerating for longer than 1 hour.)
When ready to serve, add the rest of the rosé, stir, and serve ladled into chilled glasses over ice. Garnish with a splash of lemon soda and an orange slice.
