Green Dreams Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup baby kale or spinach
- 1 cup mango cubes, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup tangerine juice
- 1 rib celery, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in the blender, puree until smooth. Add a handful of ice, continue to blend to smooth. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
