LEMONGRASS MARINADE
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Vietnamese fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons palm sugar or light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bottom half only, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
Directions
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and whisk well. The marinade can be made 1 day in advance.
