With The Seeds
Watermelon is one of the most refreshing flavors of the summer. Enjoy it in this unique cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces tequila
- ½ ounce Aperol
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- One 2 ½ inch cube watermelon
- Shaved dark chocolate, for garnish
- Twist of lime, for garnish
Directions
Combine the tequila, Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup and watermelon in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the shaved dark chocolate and twist of lime.
