Painkiller
Don't let the fruit juice fool you - this drink is appropriately named and one of our best selling cocktails at Emeril's Tchoup Chop in Orlando.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Pusser’s Dark Navy rum
- 1 ounce Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- 2 ounces pineapple juice, either pressed from fresh pineapple or canned
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
- Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the nutmeg along with a scoop of crushed ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds, until well-chilled.
Pour into a glass and garnish with the nutmeg. Enjoy.
