Garlic-Basil Mayo
Ingredients
Garlic-Basil Mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise, store-bought or homemade
- 1/4 cup roasted garlic
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
The mayonnaise can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 3 weeks.
