NOLA Peach Tea
This New Orleans-inspired cocktail is a great way to enjoy a "kicked-up" iced tea.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Bulleit Bourbon
- 1 ounce peach puree
- 3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 3 ounces fresh-brewed iced tea
- 2 pieces candied peach or fresh peach slices, for garnish
- 1 large sprig fresh mint
Directions
In a cocktail shaker combine the bourbon, peach puree, lemon juice and iced tea. Add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled Collins glass, and garnish with the peach slices and mint sprig.
