Kentucky Mule
Use the best bourbon available for this peachy variation of the Moscow Mule!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 ounces Chef Emeril's hand-selected, Private Barrel Eagle Rare 10 yr Bourbon or any good-quality bourbon
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1/2 ounce peach puree
- 1/2 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 2 ounces Fevertree Ginger Beer
- Lime slice and mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker combine the bourbon, schnapps, peach puree and lime juice. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Transfer to a Collins glass and top off the drink with the ginger beer. Garnish with the slice of lime and a mint sprig.
