Pineapple Julep Punch
Get the party started with this fruity party favorite. This recipe, courtesy of mixologist Simon Ford, is adapted from "Jerry Thomas' Bartender's Guide" (1862).
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Plymouth gin
- 4 ounces Luxado Maraschino liqueur
- 4 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 ounces Raspberry Syrup
- 1 bottle Perrier Jouet Champagne
- Orange slices, for garnish
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Lime slices, for garnish
- Pineapple cubes, for garnish
- Raspberries, for garnish
Directions
Combine gin, Maraschino liqueur, orange juice, raspberry syrup and Champagne in a large pitcher and stir until well combined. Garnish with citrus slices, pineapple, and raspberries.
