Green Salad With French Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 head mixed green salad
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, wedged
- 1 cup croutons, for garnish
Directions
For the Dressing:
Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and paprika until well blended. Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.For the Salad:
In a large wooden salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced red onion and tomato wedges. Drizzle with French Dressing and toss to coat. Top with croutons and serve.
