Bourbon Cream

  • Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup confectionersí sugar
  • 2 teaspoons bourbon

Directions

  • In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon, and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately.
