Creole Tomato Salsa
Use only fresh, ripe Creole tomatoes for this salsa and you'll never buy jarred again!
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped vine-ripened tomatoes
- 1 cup small-diced red onions
- 1 large fresh jalapeño, seeded and cut into small dice
- 1/2 cup loosely packed chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Tortilla Chips
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except the chips in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving with the chips.
