- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 5 teaspoons Grand Marnier
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
Add the cream to a small pot and set it over high heat. Add the Grand Marnier, sugar, and salt. Whisk in the chocolate and bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Remove from the heat and serve warm. If you make this ahead, store covered in the refrigerator. Warm gently in a double boiler before serving.
