    Yorkshire Pudding

    Don't use non-stick muffin tins for these. You need the aluminum ones. The tins must be very hot and the pudding batter needs to be able to "grip" the sides in order to have their characteristic rise. Make the batter while the Prime Rib is in the oven, once you pull the roast, crank up the temp and bake these while it's resting.
