Pressure Cooker Coconut Rice
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Basmati rice
- One 14.5 ounce can coconut milk
- ¼ cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 keffir lime leaves
Directions
Press the pressure function; select the white rice function; set to 7 minutes. Start.
Naturally release the pressure for 15 to 20 minutes.
Transfer the rice to a bowl and lightly fluff the rice.
Serve immediately.
