Fig Sparklers
Ingredients
- 1 slice of fig from, Fig Compote [3]
- 1/2 teaspoon fig syrup from Fig Compote
- 8 ounces chilled sparkling rose wine
Directions
Spoon the fig into the bottom of a champagne flute, add the fig syrup and top with the sparkling rosé.
Serve cold.
