Creole Julep

Add the cilantro leaves, Southern Comfort Fiery Pepper, cilantro syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.  Stir with crushed ice and serve in an old-fashioned or stemmed glass with a cilantro sprig garnish.

Note:  To make cilantro simple syrup, steep cilantro sprigs in the hot liquid when making the simple syrup.  Once the syrup is cooled, strain and discard the cilantro.
