Grilled Sausages with Homemade Mustard
Visit your local butcher, or the sausage maker at your local farmer’s market, and select your favorite mix of sausages. Grill ’em up and serve them with sauerkraut and homemade mustard.
Ingredients
- 5 pounds assorted fresh sausages (seafood, andouille, merguez, Italian, chicken, pork)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Homemade Mustard, for serving [3]
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Drizzle the sausages with the oil, place them on the grill, and grill for 7 minutes.
Then turn them over and cook for another 7 minutes.
(Cooking times will vary based on the type of sausage; they are cooked through when the juices run clear when the sausages are pierced with the tip of a knife.)
