Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup Champagne
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
Directions
- Whisk the oil into the mustard. Add the champagne, lemon juice and thyme, whisking until smooth.
