SteenĂs Duck Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 cups SteenĂs 100% Pure Cane Syrup
- 1/2 cup dark molasses
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Whisk all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, mixing well. Pour the mixture into a sterilized 1-quart jar fitted with an airtight lid. Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
