Mixed Vegetable Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound julienne zucchini
- 1/2 pound julienne yellow squash
- 1/2 pound (about 4 carrots) julienne carrots
- 1 julienne red onion
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chiffonnade fresh basil
- Salt and black pepper
Directions
- Combine and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
