Bourbon Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup confectionerís sugar
- 1 tablespoon Bourbon
Directions
- In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately. Yield: 3 cups
