Warm Haricots Verts Relish
Ingredients
- 6 ounces bacon, chopped
- 1 cup julienne red onions
- 1 pound haricots verts, blanched
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Directions
- In a large saute pan, over medium heat, render the bacon until crispy. Pour off half of the grease. Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add the haricots verts. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
