Crystal Aioli

  • Yield: 1.5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  • In a small food processor combine all ingredients except oil.

    Pulse together, then slowly add oil while the processor is running until a thick emulsification forms. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
