LAS VEGAS (March 17, 2016) - Continuing its 20th anniversary celebrations, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House will partner with Firestone Walker Brewing Company to host a five-course beer dinner on Friday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m. Not only will the menu be paired with signature and limited edition craft brews, the dishes will also be prepared with the featured beers.
Menu highlights include spicy Korean pepper shrimp, huckleberry barbequed rainbow trout, Maine sea scallop, braisedpork belly, and beer-braised steamship beef short ribs. For dessert, guests will enjoy maple syrup chocolate pecan cake with bourbon-glazed apples and nutmeg whipped cream.
Each dish will showcase the flavors of one of Firestone Walker’s beers, including Pivo Hoppy Pils, Pale 31 - California Pale Ale, Opal - Dry Hopped Saison and Velvet Merlin - Oatmeal Stout. Dessert will be paired with the Limited Release Firestone XIX Anniversary Ale, a chocolaty, chewy brew with brandy-soaked raisin and holiday fruitcake flavors.
“We’ve incorporated the flavors of Firestone Walker’s beers into each dish, allowing us to showcase the versatility of the beer and our food,” said Chef de Cuisine Heath Cicerelli. “It will be a unique experience that guests will really enjoy.”
