Yield: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients

1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Press the rub onto meat.
