Texa's Best Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (12-ounce) jar smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- EQUIPMENT:
- One and one-half quart microwave-proof bowl
- Spatula
- Can opener
- Waxed paper
- 8 x 8 inch pan
- Knife for cutting fudge
Directions
- In the microwave-proof bowl melt the chocolate and peanut butter on high power for 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave. Stir well. Add the milk, stirring until well blended. Pour the mixture into 8x8 inch pan, lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate to chill. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
