Tomato Puree
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup tomatoes diced
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a small pan over the medium heat, cook the tomatoes and wine for 20 minutes. Season to taste, cool and puree.
