Avocado Puree
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, fitted with a metal blade. Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
