SANDS BETHLEHEM AND EMERIL LAGASSE ADD THIRD RESTAUANT TO HOTEL’S LINEUP

Bethlehem, Pa. (April 18, 2016) – Sands Bethlehem, a Bethlehem, Pa., a casino and entertainment destination, announced the opening of a new restaurant, Emeril’s Fish House, on Monday, April 18. Featuring an amazing assortment of seafood, steaks and chops with a Creole flair, there is truly something for everyone at Emeril’s Fish House. Diners will find everything from daily raw bar selections and small plates to lobster tails and decadent steaks. Emeril’s Fish House will reside in the space formerly occupied by Emeril’s Italian Table, which closed on Monday, April 4.

“Emeril is an excellent partner of Sands Bethlehem, and we are honored he is bringing another masterpiece for our guests to enjoy,” said Mark Juliano, President, Sands Bethlehem. “Emeril’s Fish House will bring an unmatched dining option to the area, and we look forward to welcoming diners from near and far.”

Emeril’s Fish House joins two other Emeril-founded restaurants which opened in 2009 at Sands Bethlehem:  Emeril’s Chop House and Burgers and More by Emeril. All three restaurants from Emeril are the only northeast restaurant locations the chef has. Emeril’s Chop House provides an extensive wine list and traditional steakhouse fare. Diners can enjoy prime steaks and chops as well as seafood. Burgers and More by Emeril is the chef’s first gourmet burger restaurant. It features prime burgers, including build-your-own, along with a full bar in a casual dining environment complete with seven flat screen televisions.

“I am excited to be able to share my Fish House concept at the Sands Bethlehem,” said Emeril Lagasse, Chef and Restauranteur. “We have a wonderful partnership with the Sands Bethlehem and I am proud of the bold Creole flavors, the atmosphere and the entire experience at the Fish House that our team will work hard to bring to guests that come from all over.”

Sands Bethlehem offers a total of nine casual and fine restaurants for guests. From a chop house to Asian cuisine to a deli, there is something for every palette and budget.
