Emeril Lagasse's Table 10 will team up with five craft breweries during a five-course craft beer dinner featuring brews from Firestone Walker Brewing Company, Brooklyn Brewery, New Belgium, Samuel Smith and Victory Brewing on July 31 at 7 p.m. Chef de Cuisine Tim Doolittle has created a one-night-only menu, designed specifically to enhance the beers chosen by brewmasters from each brewery. The night will kick off on the patio with passed hor d'oeuvres joined by the fruity aroma of a Sierra Nevada Kellerweis Hefeweizen known for its notes of spicy clove and banana bread, followed by a succession of savory appetizers and sizzling entrees.
