The New G&T - 12

Nolet Gin, Jack Rudy Small Batch Tonic, Black Currant, Lime

Monks Revolt - 15

Fifty Pounds Gin, Green Chartreuse, Dolin Blanc, Lemon, Ginger

Smoking Gun - 16

Templeton Rye Whiskey, Dom de Canton, Black Walnut Bitters, Lemon Juice, Almond Orgeat

Naval Punch - 15

Pusser’s British Navy Rum, Averna Amaro, Pineapple, Lemon, Aromatic Bitters

 

Pre & Prohibition

Aviation - 15

Plymouth Gin, Luxardo Maraschino, Lemon, Violet

Created by barman Hugo Ensslin around 1911 but was not published until 1916 in, Recipes for Mixed Drinks.

The Boulevardier - 16

Knob Creek Bourbon, Aperol Aperitif, Carpano Antica

Introduced pre-prohibition but eventually was forgotten about until it was received by the Volstead Act. Became popular due to the fact it`s pretty bame and flavors disguised the unpalatable liquors of the time.

The Delicious Sour - 16

Laird’s Apple Jack Brandy, Peach Brandy, Lime, Egg Whites, Soda Water

One of William Schmidt`s best cocktails from his book. The Flowing Bowl Created 1892.

 

New Orleans Libations

Sazerac - 12

Templeton Rye Whiskey, Absinthe, Peychaud Bitters

In the late 1800`s New Orleans bartender, Thomas Handy, bought the right to Peychaud`s Bitters in which he continued making the Sazerac but with rye instead of cognac. To this day this is one of the most famous New Orleans cocktails.

French 75 - 18

Courvoisier VS, Lemon, Sugar Sparkling Wine

Origanally crafted with gin, this cocktail was made popular in New Orleans at Arnaud`s French 75 cocktail bar but in French fashion they chose cognac.

Ramos Gin Fizz - 16

Ransom Old Tom Gin, Cointreau, Lemon, Heavy Cream, Egg Whites, Orange Blossom Water

Created by Henry C. Ramos in 1888 at the Imperial Cabinet Sloon un New Orleans. Origanally was required to be shaken for ten minutes sometimes up to twenty shaker boys.

Passion Fruit Hurricane - 15

Cruzan Light Aged Rum, Gosling Bermuda Rum, Passion Fruit, Lime, Orange, Pomegranate

Potent, mighty and tasty concoction made its debut at the 1939 World`s Fair in New York etching the creator ans New Orleans native, Pat O`Brien, into tiki drink lure. Ours has a tangy passion fruit twist.
