Blue Cheese Creme Fraiche
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Pt. Reyes Blue Cheese
- 1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
- 4 ounces Crème Fraiche
Directions
Add all of the ingredients except the crème fraiche to a food processor and blend until smooth. Fold in the crème fraiche and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
