ORLANDO (June 24, 2014) – Emeril Lagasse’s restaurants want to help guests beat the heat with refreshing summer cocktails, offered now through September 1. Emeril’s Orlando, located at Universal Orlando Resort’s CityWalk, will offer an Herbal Chill (vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, rhubarb bitters, $9), Summer Storm (gold rum, crème de violet, ginger liqueur, fresh lime juice, $8.50), and Moonshine Cobbler (white moonshine, Peach Schnapps, sour mix, fresh berries, $9.50) in addition to its regular cocktail menu.
Emeril’s Tchoup Chop also kicked-up its specialty cocktail menu, with summer sippers such as the Bangkok Beauty ($15), hand-crafted with mandarin vodka, X-rated Fusion liqueur, fresh strawberries and lime juice, and rhubarb bitters. One of Chef Emeril’s favorites, Emeril’s Tchouptail ($15) is made with Sammy Hagar’s Beach Bar Rum, Strega, a house-made citrus and thyme mix, fresh lemon juice, elderflower syrup, and more. For a tropical feel, guests may try the Moai Punch ($14) with 10 Cane rum, Malibu Island Melon rum, passion fruit, pomegranate syrup, fresh lime juice, and angostura bitters.
