Emeril's New Orleans Restaurants are joining the NOLA Locavores 4th Annual Eat Local Challenge to raise awareness of the nutritional, economic, environmental and cultural benefits of eating locally sourced foods. From June 1-30, Emeril's, Emeril's Delmonico and NOLA Restaurant will be offering special dishes for the Eat Local Challenge Dish.
