Charlotte, NC, June 2, 2014 - e2 emeril's eatery is saluting fathers on Sunday, June 15. The restaurant, known for its New Orleans-inspired American cuisine, isn't typically open on Sundays, but they're making an exception on Father's Day to honor the everyday heroes we know as "Pops."
Chef de cuisine Brian Mottola has created a brunch menu that celebrates the season's harvest, makes the best use of local ingredients and pays tribute to Emeril Lagasse's creative take on Creole cuisine.
From authentic Southern fare (biscuits and gravy with housemade sausage) to sweet and inspired (French toast stuffed with peanut butter) to hearty and satisfying (a 20-ounce Porterhouse!), the brunch selection promises to be as delicious as it is diverse.
Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
