Charlotte, NC, March 26, 2014 – e2 emeril’s eatery has something special going on for Easter. The restaurant, known for its New Orleans-inspired American cuisine, isn’t typically open on Sundays, but April 20 will be an exception. Chef Brian Mottola has created a brunch menu that celebrates the freshest flavors of spring, uses the best local ingredients and honors Emeril Lagasse’s Cajun roots.
There’s something for everyone on this menu. From the humble, but delectable (biscuits and gravy) to the traditional with a twist (French toast stuffed with peanut butter and banana) to the show-stopping (Vegas strip steak served with fried oysters), the selection is wide-ranging. Deciding what to order for this once-a-year feast may prove the toughest decision of the day.
Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
