Russian Dressing
A classic you make fresh!
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise, homemade, or store-bought
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced dill pickle
- 1 tablespoon minced celery
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. The dressing will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator.
