Chimayo Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 1/2 ounces Calvados
- 1 tablespoon creme de cassis
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 apple slice, garnish
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except the apple slice in a tall Collins glass. Stir to mix. Add ice and stir. Garnish the edge of the glass with the apple slice and serve.
