Farmers Market Seafood Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, picked over for shells and cartilage
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined and boiled
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon minced celery leaves
- 1 tablespoon minced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
